Diane Edwards

Diane Edwards has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Diane began their career at Coopers & Lybrand, where they worked as a Business Assurance Associate from 1993 to 1995. Diane then moved on to KPMG Peat Marwick, where they served as a Supervising Senior Auditor from 1995 to 1996. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as a General Accounting Manager at Rollins, Inc., overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements.

In 1997, Edwards joined Van Bloem Gardens Inc. as a Corporate Controller, a role they held until 1999. Diane then joined The Coca-Cola Company, where they held various positions over a span of nine years. Notably, they served as a Commercial Finance Manager in Madrid, Spain, for a three-month assignment in 2008.

In 2013, Edwards joined Annie's Inc. as a Vice President of Finance and Accounting, where they oversaw corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, and compliance activities. In 2014, they joined Roper Pump Company as Vice President of Finance and Strategic Sourcing. Diane was later promoted to President, overseeing all aspects of the business and leading strategy formulation and execution.

Throughout their career, Edwards has demonstrated their ability to manage teams, cultivate relationships with stakeholders, and drive financial performance.

Diane Edwards holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy in January 1994.
