Rick Polk has extensive experience in the manufacturing and construction industries, currently serving as a Precision OD Grinder at Roper Pumps since December 2014, where responsibilities include set-ups, operation, and training on manual and CNC equipment. Previously, Rick was a Machinist and Supervisor at Century Inc. for 24 years, focusing on specialized tooling for the stainless steel sector. As the Owner and President of Polk Builders LLC from 1995 to 2011, Rick led remodeling and construction projects, demonstrating strong leadership skills as a general contractor. Additionally, Rick's diverse experience includes roles at The Home Depot and Nish-Nah-Bee Industries, as well as working as a Lab Technician at Photo Depot. Rick Polk is a Dale Carnegie graduate and has completed education at the Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Sciences and Northwestern Michigan College, while also being recognized as a Past Master of a Masonic Lodge.
