Laura G. Thatcher

Ms. Thatcher retired in December 2013 from 33 years of legal practice at Alston & Bird LLP, where she developed and headed the firm’s executive compensation practice for 18 years. Ms. Thatcher served on the Board of Directors of The Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc., a non-profit organization addressing the civil legal needs of Atlanta’s lower income, elderly and disabled residents from 2008 to 2014, and was a Past Chair of the Advisory Board of the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) of Santa Clara University.
