Alison O'Keeffe

Alison O'Keeffe is an Associate in the Finance Group at Ropes & Gray LLP, a position held since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in the Finance and Restructuring Group, and at Debevoise & Plimpton in the Finance Group. Alison began legal career with a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where studies extended from 2014 to 2017, culminating in various internships, including a judicial internship at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi and a summer law clerk position at Debevoise & Plimpton. Educational background also features a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond, complemented by a study abroad program with the International Honors Program. Prior to legal practice, Alison served as a Secondary Math Educator with Teach For America and completed an internship with World Pediatric Project.
