Amy B. Ross

Amy B. Ross has a diverse work experience. Amy started their career as a Corporate Associate at WilmerHale in 2002 and worked there until 2006. Amy then joined The Triad Trust as a Director of Operations from August 2008 to November 2009. From June 2010 to November 2015, Amy served as the Director of Attorney Personnel and International Services at Ropes & Gray LLP. Amy then took on the role of Director of Legal Personnel, Recruiting and Global Mobility from November 2015 to January 2020. Currently, Amy holds the position of Chief of Attorney Talent at Ropes & Gray LLP, starting from January 2020.

Amy B. Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish Language and Literature and International Relations from Washington University in St. Louis from 1990 to 1994. Later, they attended the Northeastern University School of Law from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
