Bradford Flint

Bradford Flint is a Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP, where since January 2011, leadership in venture investing and emerging company practice has been a primary focus. As a member of the M&A, capital markets, and governance practices, Bradford Flint provides counsel on minority equity investments, startup formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, intellectual property licensing, and other corporate matters. Prior to this role, Bradford Flint served as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP and as a Summer Associate at the same firm. Earlier experience includes working as a Ski Instructor for Vail Resorts. Bradford Flint holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.S. in Finance & International Business from Georgetown University.
