Dan Coyne

Dan Coyne is a Partner in the corporate department at Ropes & Gray LLP, specializing in debt finance and private equity practices. Since joining the firm in October 2013, Dan has progressed from Associate to Partner. Previous experience includes serving as a Summer Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing on private equity, bankruptcy, leveraged buyouts, and financing matters. Additionally, Dan worked as an Audit Intern at EY, gaining experience with financial audits for public and private corporations. Dan holds a Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
