Elizabeth Todd

Elizabeth Todd is a highly experienced corporate law attorney with a strong specialization in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity. Currently a Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP since November 2012, Elizabeth has extensive domestic and international experience, representing private equity sponsors and management teams in various transactions including management buyouts and exits. Prior to this role, Elizabeth served as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges, where notable achievements included representing Mubadala Development Company in a consortium acquisition. Elizabeth also gained valuable insights during a legal secondment at All3Media. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Cambridge, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in law. In 2018, Elizabeth was featured in "Rising stars: the next generation of City private equity talent" by Legal Week.
