Ellis Golden

Ellis Golden currently serves as Chair of the New York City Recruitment Association since April 2024. Previously, Ellis held the position of Manager of Legal Recruiting at Ropes & Gray LLP from February 2022 and served in various roles within the legal recruiting department at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from May 2016 to January 2022. Earlier career experience includes positions at Linklaters as a Learning & Development Assistant and at Quaglino's as an Event Assistant. Ellis started a professional journey in internships at Butler Search Group, The Delray Beach Marketing Cooperative, and two clubs in Florida. Ellis earned a BA Hons in International Events Management from the University of Brighton between 2010 and 2014.
