Emily Oldshue

Emily Oldshue is a partner in the strategic transactions group at Ropes & Gray LLP, where expertise includes representing public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets transactions. Prior to becoming a partner, Emily served as an associate in the capital markets group at the same firm, focusing on advising clients in various financial transactions and corporate governance matters. Emily's legal career began with summer associate positions at Ropes & Gray, Choate, Hall & Stewart, and K&L Gates. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College and a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School.
