Eric Wu

Eric Wu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP since November 2018, Eric previously held the position of Asia Pacific M&A Regional Counsel at Johnson & Johnson from February 2015 to November 2018. Eric began a career at Ropes & Gray LLP as a Senior Associate from 2011 to 2013 and has also worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from 2008 to 2011 and Choate, Hall & Stewart from 2006 to 2008. Eric holds a degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on International Politics & Law from Georgetown University, complemented by education at Taipei American School.
