Faiza Rahman

Faiza Rahman is a Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP, having joined the firm in April 2022. Prior to this role, Faiza served as a Partner in the Capital Markets Group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2005 to April 2022. Faiza's expertise encompasses advising public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity firms on various capital markets transactions, corporate governance, securities law compliance, and general corporate matters. Faiza began the career as an Associate, representing private equity sponsors, issuers, and investment banks in high yield debt and equity securities offerings. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School (2005) and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Florida (2002).
