Heidi Walters has a Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from the University of Southern Maine. Heidi has extensive experience in revenue operations, cash management, and client account management. Currently, Heidi is the Director of Revenue Operations at Ropes & Gray LLP, where Heidi oversees cash and collections departments. Previously, Heidi was a Manager of Revenue at WilmerHale, where Heidi managed cash receipts and client accounts, coordinated office transitions, and created billing procedures.
