Jen Cormier

Jen Cormier is a Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP, with extensive experience in employment law, including negotiations of management arrangements and advice on executive separations, wage compliance, and employee relations. Cormier has served on the boards of Families for Depression Awareness and Citizens for Juvenile Justice, contributing to nonprofit governance and strategic fundraising. Previous roles include consulting for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and holding legal clerks positions with the Public Defender Service, U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and Children's Defense Fund. Cormier holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
