Joanne Butterfield is an accomplished professional with a strong background in talent management and education. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent at Ropes & Gray LLP since April 2022, Joanne previously held the position of Secondary School Placement Director at Derby Academy from June 2016 to April 2022. Joanne holds a Master of Arts degree in Regional Studies East Asia from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Romance Languages from Bowdoin College. Additionally, Joanne is an alumnus of Dana Hall School.
