Katy Caldwell

Katy Caldwell is a Partner in the Litigation & Enforcement Practice Group at Ropes & Gray LLP, where responsibilities include handling high-stakes shareholder and commercial matters across various industries, with extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts. In addition to this role, Katy serves as a Board Member for Raising A Reader Massachusetts, an organization dedicated to enhancing early literacy and family engagement to address the literacy opportunity gap. Educational achievements include a J.D. magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. with high honors in Social Relations & Policy and French from Michigan State University, supplemented by studies at the Institut de Touraine.
