Kristen Winckler

Kristen Winckler is a Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP since June 2016, specializing in tax planning and structuring for domestic and international business transactions, with a particular focus on the tax implications of real estate-related private investment fund formation and operations, along with investments by non-U.S. entities. Prior to this role, Kristen served as a Partner at Paul Hastings from 2000 to June 2016. Kristen holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from New York University School of Law, a Doctor of Law (JD) from Pepperdine Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government modified with Philosophy from Dartmouth College, obtained in 1993.
