Leonora Gogolak has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Leonora started their career in 1999 as an Analyst at Mercer Management Consulting. In 2001, they joined the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) as a Program Director. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. In 2011, they became the VP of Corporate Development and Counsel at DrugLogic, Inc. Their next role was at Ropes & Gray LLP, where they held various positions. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Legal Project Manager, and from 2016 to 2018, they were the Legal Project Manager-Team Lead. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Manager, Client Operations Services & LPM. Currently, they are the Director of Client Operations Infrastructure & Innovation at Ropes & Gray LLP, starting in January 2022.

Leonora Gogolak obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography from Dartmouth College from 1995 to 1999. Leonora then pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Columbia Law School from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they obtained their certification as an Attorney from the New York State Bar Association.
