Marc Biamonte

Marc Biamonte is a Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP, where since August 2002, Marc has specialized in the formation and operation of private investment funds, including buyout, venture, hedge, funds of funds, and special focus funds, while also advising investment advisers on Advisers Act matters. Prior to this role, Marc worked as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 1994 to July 1999, delivering technology integration and change management solutions to large multinational organizations, and served as a Senior Associate in the Audit Group, practicing as a Certified Public Accountant with a focus on manufacturing and finance clients. Marc holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bucknell University.
