Monika Kuleszo

Monika Kuleszo is currently serving as the Senior Global Human Resources Manager at Ropes & Gray LLP. Prior to this, Monika held various HR roles at Shearman & Sterling LLP and CLP Solicitors. Monika has a strong background in HR management, including compensation and benefits, global mobility, diversity and inclusion, and HR projects. Monika holds a MA in Human Resources Management and has additional certifications in mental health first aid and mindfulness facilitation.
