Sally Davis

Sally Davis is a Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP, specializing in real estate investments and transactions since October 2013. In this role, Sally routinely represents private equity funds, institutional investors, hedge funds, asset managers, and other financial institutions in various transactional real estate matters, including complex joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, recapitalizations, and preferred equity structures. Prior experience includes a summer associate position at Ropes & Gray LLP in 2012, a law clerk role at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and internships at Winston & Winston P.C., Barnard College Admissions Office, and Lincoln Center Chamber Music Society.
