Sharon Decker

Sharon Decker has over 20 years of experience in IT training and development, currently serving as the Director of IT Training and Document Production at Ropes & Gray LLP since April 2007. Throughout tenure at Ropes & Gray LLP, Sharon has held several progressive roles including Senior Manager, Technology Training and Development, Manager of IT Training, Team Lead of IT Training & Development, and Senior IT Training Specialist. Prior to this, Sharon worked as an IT Training Specialist at Sidley Austin from January 2003 to April 2007. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Northwestern University.
