Thomas Spera

Thomas Spera is a seasoned tax attorney currently serving as Counsel at Ropes & Gray LLP since November 2014, previously holding the position of Associate. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Senior Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from July 2011 to October 2014, specializing in Corporate Tax, International Tax, and Cross-Border M&A matters within the Global Structuring Group. Thomas holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, complemented by a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University.
