Victoria McGrath

Victoria McGrath is a partner at Ropes & Gray LLP, where since June 2015, involvement has been focused in the Private Equity Transactions Department. Prior roles at Ropes & Gray LLP include counsel and solicitor. Earlier experience includes serving as European Legal Counsel (secondee) at Advent International from April 2019 to January 2020 and various solicitor positions within the corporate department at CMS Cameron McKenna from February 2009 to June 2015. Victoria McGrath began the legal career as a trainee solicitor in banking, energy, real estate, and corporate departments. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School, a Graduate Diploma in Law from Oxford Brookes University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
