Jenna Kokkonen

Jenna Kokkonen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people development and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Group People Development Officer and HR Manager at Ropo since November 2016, Jenna focuses on employer branding, recruitment, employee training, wellness initiatives, and HR policy management. Previous roles include HR Coordinator at MainIdea Oy and various project management positions at Sales Energy Consulting. Jenna's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economic Sciences with a specialization in Innovation Management from the University of Eastern Finland, and certification as a Business Coach from BCI Business Coaching Institute. Additional international experience includes a student exchange program in Human Resources Management and Marketing at Hong Kong Baptist University.
