Ahmed Sohaib

Ahmed Sohaib has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Ahmed is currently working as the Director of Infrastructure at ROQ Technology since May 2021. Prior to that, they were an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler from January 2023 to March 2023.

Before their current roles, Ahmed held several positions at different companies. Ahmed was the Site Reliability Engineering Manager at OLX Autos from January 2020 to May 2021. Ahmed also worked as a Lead DevOps Engineer at Frontier Car Group from September 2016 to December 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at AUTO1 Group from March 2014 to August 2016 and at Dreamojo from October 2013 to February 2014.

Ahmed's earlier experience includes working at Real Soft, where they held multiple roles. Ahmed was the Lead Software Developer from May 2010 to September 2013, a Senior Software Developer from January 2009 to May 2010, and a Software Developer from January 2007 to January 2009. Ahmed also worked as a Researcher at Blekinge Institute of Technology from January 2012 to October 2012.

Ahmed Sohaib completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bahauddin Zakariya University between the years 2002 and 2007. Ahmed then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from Blekinge Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmed Sohaib has obtained several certifications. In July 2020, they acquired the certifications "Create and Manage Cloud Resources" and "Google Cloud Essentials" from Qwiklabs. Ahmed also received the certification "Kubernetes in Google Cloud" from Google Cloud Platform Certified during the same period.
