Aurelie Mauray

Aurelie Mauray, PhD, holds a Bac + 5 degree in agro-food engineering from ENSIA AgroParistech and a PhD in Nutrition from INRA Clermont-Ferrand Theix/Université de Pharmacie. With extensive experience at Roquette since January 2011, Aurelie progressed through various roles, including Marketing Manager for Pea & New Proteins Americas, Area Marketing Manager Americas, and Business Developer Canada. Responsibilities included team management, customer technical support, innovation process support, and business development in specialized nutrition and beverages. Prior to Roquette, Aurelie served as a Biotech Nutrition Health Project Manager at Eurasante, focusing on R&D collaborative projects and networking within the academic and industrial sectors.
