Cedric Tilman

Cedric Tilman has extensive work experience in the field of quality management and environmental systems. Cedric began their career in 2000 at Danone, where they served as a Quality and Environment Manager, overseeing continuous improvement and implementing ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems. Cedric later became a Project Manager, focusing on quality and methods. In 2005, they joined Mondelēz International as a Quality and Environment Manager, responsible for implementing and managing quality and environmental management systems. In 2012, Tilman returned to Danone as a Quality and Environment Manager, leading the implementation of various certifications and managing the company's quality and safety systems. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Quality Management System & Supplier Quality Assurance at Roquette, where they ensure the quality and compliance of suppliers and oversees the company's quality management system.

Cedric Tilman graduated from Polytech Lille in the year 2000 with a degree in Ingénieur Agro Alimentaire ((IAAL).
