Head Of Marketing - Pulse Starch & Derivatives at Roquette

Didier Videau's work experience started in 2000 as a Department Manager for a Customer Quality Manager role. Didier managed a team responsible for customer engagement, complaint handling, and client audits. In 2009, they joined Roquette as a Food and Nutrition Senior Manager, where they led business development and marketing activities in Europe. Didier supervised a team of 25 market development engineers across 10 market zones. In 2015, Didier became Head of Marketing for the Pea & New Protein Business Line, focusing on strategic marketing and collaborating with sales teams. Currently, they serve as the Head of Marketing for the Pulse Starch & Derivatives division, leveraging their market knowledge and conducting value proposition analysis to support vegetable protein development.

Didier Videau completed their education at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Chemistry. Didier then pursued higher education at IAE Lille from 1987 to 1988, earning a DESS degree in Business Administration.
