Jack Koberstine

Jack Koberstine has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jack began their career at Hercules, serving as the Director of North America Food Gums from 1982 to 1998. Jack then moved on to Sensient Technologies, where they held various roles including VP/GM of Dairy Flavors and President of Red Star Yeast. Jack later joined Sensient Flavors as the President of Dehy Flavors. Jack then worked at CP Kelco as the Senior Vice President of Business Management and Commercial from 2002 to 2004. In 2005, they became the President of J. Butler & Associates, Inc. before joining Ecotronix Recycling, Inc. as President in 2010. In 2015, Jack joined Univar as the Director of the Food Industry. Their most recent role was as Sales Director for the Americas in the Food Industry at Roquette America Inc., from which they retired in 2017.

Jack Koberstine has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
