Natacha Lucchi

Natacha Lucchi is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Culture, DE&I, and Talent Acquisition Lead at Roquette since June 2018. In this role, Natacha collaborates with executive leadership and stakeholders to align diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with the company’s strategic goals, including the initiation of the 2030 DE&I group strategy. Previous positions include leadership roles in global talent acquisition, talent development, and various HR functions at Burberry, SC Johnson, and Pramex International. Natacha is also an associate at Time for the Planet since December 2022, following a period of parental leave.
