Rohit Markan

Rohit Markan has over two decades of leadership experience in the chemical and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region at Roquette since June 2016. Previously, Rohit held various senior positions at Dow Corning, including Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategy, and played a key role in developing global strategies for the solar feedstock market. Additional roles at Dow Corning included Director of Sales for the India Region and Global Marketing Manager for solar feedstock, among others. Earlier career experiences include sales management roles at 3M and Johnson & Johnson. Rohit holds an MBA in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and has completed executive education programs in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University and the University of Michigan, respectively.
