Tom Gilbert

Tom Gilbert is a chemical engineer with a decade of corporate research experience and currently serves as the Global Product Manager at Roquette. With technical expertise in pharma excipients, heterogeneous catalysis, crystallization, filtration, extraction, and surface characterization, Tom has a strong background in chemical process research and development, project management, and technology scouting. Prior to their current role, Tom worked at Dow in various engineering and research positions, as well as at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences as a Key Account Manager and R&D Manager. Tom earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they also began their academic journey.
