Scott Krouch

Scott Krouch has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Scott is currently working as a Production Project Manager at ROR Partners since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Production Art Lead at Dimensional Innovations from May 2019 to September 2021.

Scott also has experience working at Lee Jeans, where they served as a Digital Asset Coordinator from October 2015 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing Lee's digital asset management system, coordinating outsourcing with external vendors, and verifying images and data for product shots.

Before their time at Lee Jeans, Scott worked at Hallmark Cards for a significant period. Scott held various positions including Creative Interactive Specialist from February 2008 to June 2015, Production Designer from November 2002 to January 2008, Freelance Production Leader from September 2001 to December 2002, and Production Artist/Tech Support from April 1996 to August 2001. At Hallmark, Scott demonstrated their skills in creating templates, writing guides for internal teams, managing a card contest site, preparing artist files for pre-press, and providing tech support. Scott also showcased their expertise in 3D design, workflow improvements, and quality assurance.

Scott started their career as a Production Artist at Stouse, Inc. from January 1995 to April 1996. Here, they worked on redrawing customer's designs, separating art for spot color printing, and implementing manual trapping.

In addition, Scott had a brief role as a Production Artist at United National Real Estate from March 1994 to January 1995.
