Radu Busuioc

Radu Busuioc is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder at RoryPlans since September 2024, Radu previously held the position of CEO at 99 Code Lines from 2015 to 2024, overseeing projects in web, Android, and iOS applications. Radu also founded Skipti and served as VP of Engineering from January 2017 to October 2023, and was the Founding Director at Quantified Romania, focusing on energy analytics and smart building technologies from October 2014 to December 2018. Other notable roles include Technical Director at Compu Cons and GIS/IT Specialist at the National Center for Geodesy, among others. Radu holds a degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest (2001-2006) and has a background from Cervantes (1998-2001).
