Chris Jones

Chris B Jones is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Rosa Biotech since July 2019. Previously, Chris held a position on the University of Bath Ventures Board and served as an Honorary Professor in the Department of Pharmacy & Pharmacology at the University of Bath until July 2023. As the founder and Director of CBJ Life Sciences from July 2016 to August 2022, Chris specialized in consultancy and investments in innovative pharmaceuticals. Chris also served as a Non-Executive Director at Halo Therapeutics and held multiple leadership roles at AstraZeneca, including Vice President and Global Head of Pharmaceutical Development. Chris earned a DSc (honoris causa) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Bath in 2015, and holds a PhD and Bachelor of Pharmacy from the same institution.
