Nicholas Chang has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Nicholas started their career as a CRM and Digital Marketing Intern at General Motors in 2011, where they worked on database and web page development, as well as creating advertisement campaigns and marketing strategies. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Marketing and QA Associate at Index Publications, LLC, where they focused on database management, CRM, and online proposal formulation. In 2013, they joined Rosaprima as a Digital Marketing and CRM specialist, responsible for strategy, customization, and implementation of the company's CRM system. Nicholas also played a role in the company's digital marketing efforts. In 2016, Nicholas transitioned into a Business Analyst role at Rosaprima, before eventually becoming the VP of Sales and Marketing in 2019. In this role, they provided leadership and direction to the marketing and sales teams, developed effective business strategies, and analyzed and measured department activities to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
Nicholas Chang attended Kellogg Executive Education in 2020, where they completed a program called "High-Impact Selling: A Toolkit for Success." Prior to that, from 2006 to 2011, they studied at Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing during this period and also pursued a minor in Advertising at the same institution.
