Gavin Healy is currently working at Rosa's Thai Cafe as BoH operations. Prior to this, Gavin was the owner and founder of choclatl, a company known for producing the finest hot chocolate in the UK using ancient techniques. Gavin also has experience as the head of food at TOOTOOMOO and as an executive chef at wahaca. Gavin attended Alleyn's School for their education.
