Tom Cousins

Tom Cousins has extensive experience in operations management within the restaurant sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Rosa's Thai since December 2020, after holding the role of Operations Manager. Prior to this, Tom Cousins worked as Operations Manager at Drake & Morgan from June 2019 to October 2020 and at Coppa Club from August 2015 to April 2019, where responsibilities also included Openings Manager. Tom Cousins began a career in the restaurant and bar industry in various roles as General Manager and New Openings Manager from September 2004 to August 2015.
