Manager, Human Resources at Rosco Vision

Kimberly Pampan has been working in Human Resources for over 10 years. Kimberly started out as a Human Resources Generalist at ExamWorks in January 2009 and held that position for three years before being promoted to Human Resources Manager at AAR in December 2012. Kimberly held that position for four years before moving on to their current role as Manager of Human Resources at Rosco Vision. In their current role, Kimberly is responsible for identifying legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Kimberly also administers the salary administration program, recruits and interviews employees, manages the performance review process, and advises management in the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Kimberly has a deep understanding of the Human Resources field and is an invaluable asset to their team.

Kimberly Pampan has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the New York Institute of Technology. Kimberly also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Briarcliffe College.

They are on a team with and Sandra Singh - Controller. Kimberly Pampan reports to Danny Englander, Chief Financial Officer.
