Onkar Kavitake

Onkar Kavitake is a quality engineer with extensive experience in process improvement and quality assurance across various industries. Currently employed at Rosco Vision, Onkar specializes in testing mechanical components, analyzing product defects, and issuing corrective actions. Previous roles include process excellence analyst at Roche, where Onkar led teams to improve multimillion-dollar processes and developed data analytics solutions, and quality engineer at Fluvitex USA, focusing on quality control and production analysis. With a background in both quality engineering and project management, Onkar also has experience as a quality engineering team lead intern at Stellantis and has contributed to continuous process improvement initiatives at Hind Industries and Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Onkar holds a Master of Science in Industrial and System Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Trine University.
