Richard Balkissoon

Richard Balkissoon has extensive experience in IT consulting and web development, currently serving as a Manufacturer at Rosco Vision Systems since June 2019. In addition, Richard has held the position of Personal Assistant to the Director at New Visions Career & Vocational Training Institute Inc. since May 2012, and has worked as a Senior IT Consultant and Full Stack Developer at Efex Consulting Group since February 2014. Richard manages web content for the Centre for International Human Rights, troubleshooting and enhancing website performance. Previous roles include Agent at 1St Choice Career Institute, Security Specialist at HiTech Solutions, and various positions in web programming and data processing. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Guyana.
