Hing Leung Tsang (Tommy)

Hing Leung 'Tommy' Tsang is an experienced Information Technology Support Engineer at Rose Associates, providing IT support to both on-site and offsite end-users since February 2022. Previously, as a Help Desk Technician at Apex Systems, Tsang offered Tier 1 and 2 support to over 200 end users and managed a significant tech refresh project. Tsang served in the US Navy from June 2016 to June 2021, achieving recognition as a 2X Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Award Winner while supervising personnel and ensuring operational standards. Additionally, during a brief internship at IntellecTechs, Tsang honed skills in IT product installation and active directory management. Tsang is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, following educational achievements including a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University at Albany.
