Jessica Murphy

Jessica Murphy serves as the General Manager at Rose Associates since May 2023, following a successful tenure as General Manager at Bozzuto from August 2019 to July 2023. Jessica has an extensive background in property management and marketing, holding roles that include Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Sales and Marketing Associate at Bozzuto. Notably, Jessica chaired the Young Professionals chapter and LIFT, and is a member of CREW DC. In 2023, Jessica received the ULI Award for Excellence in Housing Development for The Wray project in Washington, DC. Earlier experience includes positions as Manager and Fashion Stylist at Sassanova, Content Manager for a pet-oriented Instagram account, and Brand Ambassador for Spindrift Beverage Co, Inc. Jessica holds a degree in Political Science and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from American University.
