Joshua Alemany has extensive work experience in various roles related to product development, marketing, and management. Joshua is currently the Director of Products at Rose Brand, where they guide product, engineering, and marketing teams in developing innovative solutions for entertainment, live events, themed, and retail industries. Prior to that, they worked independently from 2015 to 2016, focusing on product development and marketing. Before that, they held multiple positions at Rosco Laboratories, including Director of Global Marketing and Director of Product Marketing, where they set direction, developed strategies, and led teams responsible for marketing and product development. Joshua also served as a Product Manager at the company, managing the business unit responsible for color filter and gobos. Additionally, Joshua has experience in the theater industry, having worked as a Production Manager at Paper Mill Playhouse and in various roles at Playwrights Horizons. Joshua started their career as an Assistant Technical Director at Glimmerglass Opera and also worked as a Sous Chef at Mews Restaurant and other establishments.
Joshua Alemany attended Bancroft School from 1982 to 1985, but did not obtain a degree or declare a field of study. Later, from 1986 to 1989, they went on to study at Brown University. At Brown, Joshua pursued a degree in Theatre Arts and Comparative Literature, ultimately earning a BA in these fields.
