Amanda Burdick

Amanda Burdick has a wealth of experience in food service management, working in various roles from kitchen supervisor to catering assistant. Amanda currently serves as the Food Service Manager at Rose Brooks Center Inc., where Amanda develops menus based on Harvesters and USDA food resources and ensures compliance with DHSS CACFP standards.
