Gretchen Lenamond

Gretchen Lenamond joined the Rose Community Foundation in August of 2017. Her passion for the nonprofit sector was sparked by working with the Daniels Fund during business school. As Chief Financial Officer, Lenamond manages financial and operational departments across the organization, including investment portfolio oversight; grantmaking operations, accounting, and compliance functions as well as technology. She ensures the Foundation’s operational and fiduciary responsibilities work to support the accuracy and integrity of the Foundation’s financial records.

Prior to joining Rose Community Foundation, Lenamond spent seventeen years serving as the Vice President of Finance at the Daniels Fund, one of the largest private foundations in Colorado. In this role, Lenamond was responsible for providing direction for the accounting, tax, audit, insurance, budget, compliance, payroll and benefits, and treasury functions of the foundation.
