Tejas Iyer is the donor and fund services coordinator at Rose Community Foundation. He is the lead on outgoing transactions, operations, and data for the Foundation’s philanthropic services work, including processing grants from donor-advised funds, giving circles and other initiatives, and developing and implementing a data-informed approach throughout the department. Iyer also supports fundholders with the online portal and facilitates opportunities for donors who desire to align they're giving to that of the Foundation.
Iyer is a longtime Denver resident and previously worked at RedLine Contemporary Art Center, where he held a number of roles in events, membership, and database coordination, gaining deep familiarity with the city’s arts and nonprofit ecosystems. He also interned for Colorado State Senator Kerry Donovan and helped her office launch and support the state’s first annual Colorado Public Lands Day.
He holds a master’s degree in human rights studies from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado.
