The Programs and Project Management Team at Rose F. Kennedy Greenway Conservancy is responsible for organizing and overseeing a diverse range of activities, events, and initiatives to enhance visitor experience and community engagement at The Greenway. They manage public art installations, oversee capital improvement projects, coordinate programs and events, and ensure seamless execution of various projects that sustain and enrich the public park space.
