Rose Hill Center is also a member of the American Residential Treatment Association (ARTA) – an association dedicated to providing excellent residential care to adults with mental illnesses. As required by Michigan law, Rose Hill holds five Adult Foster Care Facility licenses issued by the state and staff members are licensed to provide specialized services.
